Terms of use
zerocog.us is operated by 0cog Inc. These terms cover use of this site, including requests for services and product ideas submitted through the question flow. They're aligned with 0cog Inc.'s standard site terms used elsewhere (e.g. BUON Via).
Submitting the funnel form
Filling out the question flow is an inquiry, not a contract. It doesn't create any engagement, commitment, or obligation on either side. Any actual engagement — services, pricing, scope, timelines — is agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
What happens to what you submit
Your answers are used to route and respond to your inquiry. Today, submissions are recorded as an issue in ZeroCog's private-by-default project tracker (GitHub) so we can triage and follow up — they are not published or made public through the site itself.
Contact details (name, email, phone, or other contact info you provide) are used only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add them to a marketing list or share them with third parties without your separate consent.
Product and business ideas
If you describe a product idea, business idea, or other concept in your submission, please don't include anything you consider highly sensitive or confidential. We don't treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, and submitting one doesn't restrict 0cog from developing, discussing, or working on similar ideas independently — with you or anyone else.
If you'd like to share something under confidentiality, tell us first — we can put a separate mutual NDA in place before you send details.
Response time
We aim to respond within 72 hours of your submission. If you haven't heard from us in that window, please reach out directly via 0cog.com.

These terms apply from the moment you access the site and can be terminated by us without notice, for any reason. We may update this page as the funnel and our process evolve — the version in effect at the time you submit is the one that applies to that submission. Material changes will be noted here or communicated by email/site notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose.
